- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do not go here. Had surgery a year ago they failed to bill my secondary insurance which I have given the information for 4 times now. I was told by staff the old manager was fired for similar issues and it would now be taken care of. A week later I was called to set up payment plans and told it was too late to bill my insurance and it was my fault I didn't give the info. But I did 4 times. With 2 insurances and an HSA aacount I should have no bill. TO TOP IT OFF I HAD ANOTHER MRI AND NEED SURGERY AGAIN.March 18, 2017by Liz Reffitts
