  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A sincere and caring staff along with a knowledgeable, experienced and intuitive doctor. I had a feeling of being part of a family when I walked in with my cat, and now that I've added another, I am happy to bring her in and have Dr. Neumann and her staff make sure everything is "ship shape". They really do care and are willing to work with scheduling conflicts. Can't say enough good about the wonderful people here. Thank you for taking such good care and time with my babies! :)

  The staff has amazing interaction with the animals. I took my cat in for a skin problem and the staff seems to have a communicative ability with pets. They are very affectionate, gentle, and conforming to the emotional needs of the individual animal. The doctor and the staff seem to be able to make animals feel more at ease in an otherwise tense situation. My cat has never been in another environment, yet the staff was able to calm her very easily. Emotional time for both me and my cat, but the staff does an amazing job.
